Driven by their values, they initiated a material to educate healthcare professionals about LGBTQIA+ minorities, putting the spotlight on their unique experiences within the healthcare system and promoting more inclusive language and communication practices.
Bitville proposed a digital learning solution that could reach a wide audience in healthcare professionals. The content focused on approaching patients with empathy and understanding, shedding light on the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals in healthcare. To keep the terms and practices easily comprehensible, the material was designed to be accessible, engaging, and simple to use with practical tips for everyday encounters.
