To stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape, Valmet aimed to equip employees to use AI confidently, boost productivity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, handle AI-generated outputs responsibly, and foster a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and safe experimentation.
To meet people where they were, Valmet partnered with Bitville to launch a dual format:
- The “AI Essentials” live training series
- The “AI Driver’s License” digital module
- AI Essentials — building momentum for AI adoption
A six-part live webinar journey took employees from first principles to confident practice. Sessions blended plain-language explanations, prompt engineering techniques, real Valmet scenarios, and guidance for safe and responsible use inside Valmet’s ecosystem.
The series drew thousands globally, establishing a common vocabulary and creating visible internal momentum for AI adoption.
- Valmet AI Driver’s License — skills and awareness that stick
Building on the live foundations, Bitville developed a fully custom, self-paced digital module for all employees—the Valmet AI Driver’s License—to reinforce core concepts and introduce Valmet-specific frameworks for effective and responsible AI use.
