The Leadership Principles program was created to address a challenge—how can leaders be better prepared to support their teams within a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) industry?
To address this, Leadership Principles provides practical activities, materials, and tips that are directly tied to leaders’ day-to-day responsibilities and challenges. Our goal was to ensure that the content was meaningful for both the immediate needs of leaders and their long-term growth and success.

Leadership Principles was built around Wolt’s five core leadership principles—Quality, Trust, Outcomes, Velocity, and Focus.
Each unit consisted of three parts. First, animations introduced why a given principle mattered in a punchy yet grounded 90-second video.

Second, Articulate Rise courses built upon these foundations with direct links to leaders’ everyday work and research-backed answers to the questions “What?” and “Why?”. Activities encouraged leaders to reflect honestly on topics such as feedback habits, trust, and prioritization. Key learning messages and tips were designed to address these reflections through immediately actionable and long-term changes.
Finally, each unit included a Team Toolkit—a step-by-step activity guide for leaders to complete with their teams. These Toolkits aim to foster consistent meaningful discussions within teams, develop ways of working, and embed habits of continuous improvement. Customizable and always available, these guides encourage leadership practices to evolve alongside team needs.

To ensure equal access across Wolt’s operations, we also localized the training program into Hebrew and Japanese using our in-house translation and localization tool, Syllabell.
The Wolt Leadership Principles program was designed not just as a short-term solution, but as a foundation for lasting growth.
By equipping leaders with practical tools, actionable insights, and adaptable frameworks, Leadership Principles contributes to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, where leadership is not a static skill, but a sustained process of growth that evolves with the needs of the organization.
