Posti Group Oyj, Finland’s chief postal and logistics service, is ranked among the top 1% in corporate sustainability. Furthering their commitment to tackling climate change, Posti began to look inward.
The aim was to engender greater climate change awareness among their own employees and inspire them to make contributions toward environmental protection.
We’re climate conscious here at Bitville too, so we were excited to take on this challenge. Partnering closely with Posti’s sustainability team, we developed a digital learning experience that articulates the company’s green program and helps their employees see how small choices can lead to major impacts on the environment.
We wanted to give the training a genuine Posti face and help foster a sense of community and pride in the organization’s environmental efforts.
Our approach was to synthesize social learning and captivating visual design.
We then elevated the content by producing video interviews of Posti employees in cooperation with the Posti team, and embedded Typeform surveys in the course to help learners reflect on green actions and see how their colleagues responded.

Thousands of Posti employees signed up for the course and together they embarked on an interactive journey toward environmental awareness. They praised the user-friendly design, multi-media production, and the sense of inclusivity the course promoted. Most importantly, we developed an ongoing partnership with Posti, endeavoring to create exciting new experiences for their employees.
