Varma Academy is a digital learning platform where the customers of Varma Insurance Company can learn about workplace health and wellbeing topics. Varma offers interactive and multilingual content to be downloaded on their customers’ LMS systems or to be studied within the Academy.
Varma Academy on an early intervention mission
Varma has taken a proactive approach to health and wellbeing, promoting early intervention methods, and sharing knowledge to their customers. Varma Academy is one of these initiatives to raise awareness on lowered work ability risks among employees, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Their approach is supportive, positive and aims at encouraging people to act at an early stage.
